It is remarkable how much variation there is between dark chocolate bars. The Ghirardelli is good, but somewhat bland. Green & Black's has a nice taste, but I don't care for thick bars. I had not tried Hageland before -- it has potential. I shall continue this quest and see where my palette leads...
