Biblical Eldership

Received my five copies of the abridged "Biblical Eldership" today.  I also have the complete book, but it is several hundred pages so these copies (47 pages) are to hand out as the Lord leads.  The teaching contained therein is so simple, but so profound since the biblical pattern of church government has been lost over the centuries.  The New Testament clearly teaches the church is to be governed by a plurality of elders.  I am passionate about this and could go on-and-on, but would rather encourage you to act like the Bereans (Acts 17:11) and search the Scriptures (and perhaps read Alexander Strauch's book).  I will, however, leave you with a few verses to study on your own, as the Lord wills - Acts 14:23, 20:17,28; Philippians 1:1; 1 Timothy 3:1-7, 5:17; Titus 1:5-9; James 5:14; 1 Peter 5:1-4 (Hint: the word "elder", "bishop", "overseer", "shepherd", "presbyter" can all be used interchangeably)
